My name is Chris Crabbe and I’m your local voice for Goodwood Ward on the City of Unley Council.

I am a strong voice for our community and work tirelessly to ensure we have a community which is inclusive, sustainable and prosperous.

I’m 40 years old and bring a combination of my life experience and a fresh perspective to local council. My experience working in the community engagement and volunteering sectors has enabled me to witness, first-hand, the power of collective action and see what can be achieved when we work together.

I listen to the residents and ratepayers of our amazing neighbourhood and advocate for what is important for both our community and environment.

About

The incredible people of Goodwood Ward have entrusted me with their support to represent them on our local council. I live locally in Goodwood with Kate, our children Solomon and Esther, and dog Donald. We are so lucky to live in this incredible neighbourhood and be able to enjoy everything it has to offer. We need to protect what we have got and ensure it is maintained for generations to come, while also taking the opportunity to increase and improve accessible and green infrastructure as our community grows.

What I stand for:

🏞️ Ensuring adequate green space and infrastructure to compensate for urban infill

🌳 Increasing our tree canopy

🛍️ Innovative ways to support the local small business community

👂 Greater transparency and community consultation in decision making

🌏 Local action on climate change

🔓 Accessible public spaces for all of our community

🏡 Protecting the beautiful character and heritage of our neighbourhoods

I am here for you and because of you.

Chris Crabbe, your local voice for Goodwood Ward.
